With over 30 Grade 2 (easy) rapids, a side hike to a spectacular waterfall (weather dependent) and a riverside lunch, the 13 km section of the Rangitikei River downstream from the Lodge is perfect for all ages.

At River Valley, exploring rivers is a passion. Since 1982 that passion has found expression taking people down rivers in rafts. That passion has now been passed through three generations, with two of those generations still actively guiding.
