One experience.
Each Chuffed Experience Gift comes with one ticket, and that ticket is valid for one experience.

Do note, some experiences are valid for two or more people.  If that’s the case it’s still one experience… just for 2 (or more) people.

There are three common reasons why codes don’t work:

  1. Incorrect input – note codes are case sensitive and all 0 are zeros (There are no letter o’s on our codes, and dashes must be included).  If you inputted an incorrect code you would’ve got this error:

  2. Your partner, or someone else, has already redeemed it! This happens often – the code has already been used and in most cases it turns out a partner beat you to it.  If this has happened, you will have this error message:

  3. If your gift came in a tube – it is possible you are trying to redeem an experience that is from a higher-value category. Please go back to www.chuffedgifts.co.nz/redeem and ensure you selected the right package name that is on your passport.  If this happened, you would’ve also gotten this error message:not enough credit error warning chuffed gift
      
  4. If you still can’t get it to work please email hello@chuffedgifts.co.nz and state your order number and the first 4 digits of you code.  One of our friendly team will get in touch during business hours to assist.

“Redeem” is the process of converting your unique ticket code/passport code found in the ticket/passport of your gift, into a voucher to the individual experience you have chosen to do.  Without going through the Chuffed ‘redeem’ process you will not have a valid voucher that will be accepted for payment at your chosen activity.

Once you have successfully redeemed your gift you’ll receive an automated email voucher to the experience you chose. It will have specific booking instructions for you to follow.  In most instances you will be required to contact the experience operator and book a suitable time.

or alternatively there are 5 charities you can donate the value of your gift to. You will find these details at the link above.

When you redeem your gift for your chosen experience, the voucher you receive will automatically have 3 months added beyond your gift expiry date. For example if you redeemed a boat cruise and the expiry date on your gift is 31 December 2024 the boat cruise voucher that is issued will have the expiry date of 31 March 2025.

Yes we can add more people to your voucher but we suggest the easiest way is to redeem your experience, contact the operator and add any extra people to your booking. You will then pay for the extra people direct to the operator.

Yes you can, just get in touch with us at hello@chuffedgifts.co.nz, let us know your ticket code/passport code & which package you would like to upgrade to & we will send you the details.

Often this happens, illness, weather and all other reasons so no worries, just email us at hello@chuffedgifts.co.nz and we will be able to cancel your voucher & reset your ticket code so you can select a new experience.

To check on availability, please contact the experience provider, you can find their details on the experience listing page, or if you have redeemed your gift, on the voucher you have been sent.

No, these activities can be enjoyed separately on different days any time during the two-year validity period.
