The coastline here is rich in marine life, and is jaw droppingly stunning, featuring towering cliffs, rock stacks, reefs & sea caves. Sightings of all sorts of species are common, including plenty of marine birds, penguins, seals, and if you’re very lucky, the world’s smallest dolphin, the Hectors Dolphin. Flea Bay Island and the impressive island arch make an added exciting attraction in settled sea conditions.
No kayaking experience is necessary, the crew at Pohatu Penguins will provide all the instruction, safety equipment & knowledge you need for a beautiful morning on the water!
