Waitaki Valley is approximately 1 hour inland from Oamaru, 2.5 hours north of Dunedin, 3 hours from Queenstown or 4 hours from Christchurch.

The geodesic domes offer panoramic views of the valley, providing an unparalleled connection with the natural world. Wake up to the melodies of bird song and witness stunning sunrises in this secluded retreat, where every moment is a celebration of nature’s splendour.

This experience is for a one night stay in a dome 6 metres in diameter with a large bay window in front with private views of the stunning scenery. A super-king sized bed, with a luxury down duvet and linen duvet cover, pure woollen blankets, seating, bedside tables, lighting, cell phone charger, and a private balcony. A small log burner for use during winter months (May to September) keeps the dome toasty warm.

This experience also includes breakfast. Breakfast is a continental breakfast consisting of a selection of cereals, yoghurt, juices, bread for toasting, condiments, farm fresh eggs, plus excellent teas and coffee.

Also Included is a 2 Hour high country Four Wheel Drive Tour. This is a guided tour on a private high country farm in Waitaki Valley with breathtaking views from Mount Cook to the pacific ocean. Also included is a picnic morning/afternoon tea.

You also have access to two sets of outdoor baths on the property. These baths are shared between 5 Domes but are spaced out for total privacy.
